Even babies enjoy being outdoors (𝘸𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨) Make a habit of going to to the park, the beach or 𝐀𝐍𝐘𝗪𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 outdoors. The fresh air will do nothing but serve you both.
